Demitra was our buyers agent and she provided excellent service during our home purchase. It has been a long time since we bought a home, but Demitra was very patient and knowledgeable and went over every step with us. Due to Seller issues there were a lot of problems during the escrow, but Demitra went the extra mile time and again to make sure everything went well. Her knowledge of the Huntington Beach market was valuable as well, I would recommend her to anyone!

Demitra was an absolutely AMAZING agent. We were very lucky to have found her. She spent many weeks with us looking for the perfect home in which we found. Demitra is the ultimate professional. What she doesn't know she promptly researches. She has and extensive list of other experts to draw on which was invaluable once we found the house we wanted. And then, when it was time for the sale of the condo we were moving out of, of course we hired Demetra. And again she did a fabulous job: from the staging of the apartment to calming us when a sale fell through and not letting us just drop the price.
